In the TRY-OUT department - thanks to the availability of presses with a capacity up to 2,000 tons - the tool is closed in press for the first time to verify interferences, gaps and contacts. This is a very delicate activity, leading up to the tool’s correct functioning. Once this phase has been successfully completed, try out starts, which will result in the production of the first sample part. Try-out and dimensional correction cycles start, where know how and technological means are put in place to achieve the product’s quality conformity. Intensive spotting, reverse engineering, dimensional compensation and milling loops take place up to meeting the prescribed tolerances.
