STAMEC relies on MECHANICAL PRESSES with a capacity up to 2,000 ton, which allow the in-process buy off of the tools. It is, therefore, possible to reproduce internally the home-line try out (HTLO) for an effective and safe check of the tools, almost eliminating, by so doing, the whole variability of the process. It is possible to verify and try the tools in progressive or transfer way with feeding from coil or by means of a destacker machine. STAMEC also offers serial press production and maintenance of the tools.
